The increasing social, economic and political role of sport is a key feature of life in the 21st century. The MSc in Sport Policy, Management and International Development provides a critical understanding of key concepts necessary for employment and critical engagement across all sport sectors.

Key to the success of our programme has been our commitment to research-led teaching, our excellent levels of student support, a curriculum specifically geared to the needs of home and international students, and our many links to local, national, and international sport organisations. Some of these organisations include the Homeless World Cup, World Mountain Biking Championships, Urban Rat Race events, Spartans Community Football Academy, Edinburgh Leisure, JudoScotland, Scottish Student Sport, and the Scottish Rugby Union.
