Our interdisciplinary research team aims to use and develop evidence-informed research and education to make a positive impact on human performance. Based within the Institute for Sport, Physical Education and Health Sciences (ISPEHS) at Moray House School of Education and Sport, we produce research and education that promotes effective strategies to enhance, maintain and restore human performance across a range of populations.
