Human Performance Science Research Group

Our interdisciplinary research team aims to use and develop evidence-informed research and education to make a positive impact on human performance.

Based within the Institute for Sport, Physical Education and Health Sciences (ISPEHS) at Moray House School of Education and Sport, we produce research and education that promotes effective strategies to enhance, maintain and restore human performance across a range of populations. Our work influences policy and practice.

Our vision

Our vision is to enhance, maintain or restore the performance of people engaged in sport, dance and other professional contexts. We aim to create an active research environment and provide an outstanding experience for our students through research and knowledge exchange-driven programmes.
