PAHRC recently released systemic review evidence about fitness training after stroke, contributing to the new National Clinical Guideline for Stroke in the UK and Ireland. Topics covered in the research were: motor impairment, balance, walking, and physical activity.

The guideline is evidence-based, and aims to ensure that adults who suffer stroke in the UK and Ireland will receive quality care, no matter what type of stroke, their gender, age or any other personal attribute.
