SPARC Conference 2024

Scottish Physical Activity Research Connections (SPARC) is a network formed in 2016 to connect researchers, policy-makers, and practitioners in Scotland. Led by the University of Edinburgh's Physical Activity for Health Research Centre (PAHRC) and the Scottish Government's Active Scotland Division, SPARC supports policy discussions, enhances collaboration, and promotes information sharing on physical activity.

PAHRC develops interventions to encourage movement across all ages, while the Active Scotland Division works to increase physical activity through the Active Scotland Outcomes Framework. More details are available on their websites.
