The Institute for Education, Community and Society (IECS) hosts several research groups focused on areas such as Childhood and Youth Studies, Community Education and the Philosophy of Education. Established in 2010, the Institute for Education, Teaching and Leadership (IETL) works to celebrate diversity in 21st-century educational settings, challenging past perceptions by examining global trends and addressing the complexities of modern educational environments. The Institute for Language Education (ILE), founded in 2020, reinterprets language education as a means of promoting social change worldwide. Moray House's extensive range of expertise includes understanding and addressing the challenges faced by today's educators, with a strong emphasis on learning.
