Understanding and Researching the Relationship between Place, Schools, and Inequality

Dr Bryan Mann will share his recent publication "'Happy Land' versus 'Across the River': Spatial Imaginaries and School Choice in a Segregated City" and discuss how scholars can build upon traditional geographic strategies to develop mixed-methods techniques for exploring “spatial imaginaries” in educational policy research.

Hosted by the Comparative Education and International Development Research Group and the Social Justice and Inclusion Hub, Moray House School of Education and Sport, University of Edinburgh.
