Methodology Café: Co-constructing Research with Communities

Join us for an interactive Methodology Café exploring the promises,  tensions, and realities of co-constructing research with communities. This informal, participatory session invites PhD students, researchers, and staff to critically reflect on what co-construction really means in practice and what conditions are needed to do it well.

This is not a lecture. It’s a collaborative space for thinking, questioning, and experimenting with ideas. Together, we will: explore what “co-constructing knowledge” means in practice; interrogate key challenges; share experiences of what has (and hasn’t) worked in participatory research.

No prior expertise is required, just curiosity and willingness to engage.

Facilitated by Lindsey Horner, Laura Weiner, and Claire Bynner.
